How to cancel AI Lawyer subscription ⁉️

User reviews

Requires a subscription

You only get 3 times to research. Even then you get a runaround to try and copy. Do not buy

Not Great + Not Free

You get 3 free questions and it’s not setup like any other ai chat bot. The answers are literally generalized blanket answers that most ppl could probably come up with in their own and of course at the end it always says that results and penalties may vary heavily due to a myriad of surrounding circumstances. Needs work but I live the idea of this so. It should be free.

Let me just say…

Initially I was pleased with the app. A little disappointed when it told me that it doesn’t have access to caselaw databases but that wasn’t too problematic since you just have to phrase your inquiries in certain formats to get it to provide case laws anyway. Now the reason why I’m leaving this two star review and I’m considering canceling my subscription is because all of a sudden the app started crashing on me and not closing out but it’s just loading and loading and loading now. It’s been a few days since I’ve actually gotten it to speak with me and if it’s not rectified I see no point in paying for it just to access it on an occasional basis or whatever happens now.

UPDATE 10/17/24
I don’t know how many days it’s been since my original review, but either way I swear to all that is holy that this app is still loading. I just now reopened it to find that I had inadvertently left it open in the background (at least now I know why my battery keeps dying) and wouldn’t you know it had the exact same content as I sent before I wrote the original review, and it was still loading, talking about “AI THINKING” so yeah, no changes to the original post, just adding more info to it every few days until the subscription expires or it starts working again; would even take some help from the admin, customer service, anyone to get it fixed.

Terrible

I had it review a contract I drafted, and it’s not answering the question I asked. Given that’s the trial version, I can’t clarify with follow up instructions. Bottom line, it may be good, but the free trial is too limited to test it, and I’m not going to pay for it if I can’t make that determination.
