Insufficient customer support and terrible interface
I was attempting to use the features of the yearly plan that I purchased over a month ago and it still shows I have the free account so it will not allow me to utilize those features covered. Email is not an appropriate option for technical support.

Pretty useless
This AI is wayyy less helpful than Chat GPT. I thought it would give me better legal answers than Chat GPT, but Chat GPT helps me way more and gives me way more detailed answers. This AI just gives general answers that I already know.
The most general and ridiculous app
This app is a big waste of time. I explained all kinds of stuff what kind of legal situation what was going on? Gave a 2 1/2 year history and then asked me well. Tell me the legal situation is it employment? Is it family divorce oh my G!! don’t waste your time like I did. This is like word one like using Microsoft word 1 in 2025!

Why is this app trying to charge my cash app $39.00 when I picked the $12.99 at half price that’s not right so because of that I am deleting the app and will block this app from getting into my funds that just not right be honest from now on maybe more people will use this app
