Canceling a subscription
How do you cancel a subscription? I didn’t even want it and accidentally hit one button and it charged me 100 bucks for the yearly subscription that I didn’t want. I tried the free trial and wanted to cancel it because I don’t like the app. Thanks.

I think it works pretty well. My logos came out better than I thought they even could be.
unable to see my past work
for some reason, every since I upgraded, I’m not able to see none of my past work. It only shows a few from current, but the rest somehow disappeared! some time ago that happened in all of my work appeared again, but now it's gone again🥲not sure why that continunes to happen, but overall this is a good app.

What happened to CURVE functionality?
LOVED this app. Used it for years and created multiple ROUND logos for my business, none of which I can now edit because the CURVE functionality is no longer working for the text. Deleted, reloaded. Sent a message months ago and got NO RESPONSE. Fix that functionality and it would be five stars for me.

The only ick I have is when it doesn’t spell my brand right or makes some kind of weird mashup of it , other than that the logos it’s generated up for me so far are pretty good. Trying the 3 day free trial before I take it too serious though.

Baixei para experimentar os três dias grátis oferecido para os novos usuários e pra minha surpresa fui cobrada. Assim que recebi o e-mail informando a cobrança cancelei e mesmo assim fui cobrada. O cancelamento foi feito duas ou três horas depois do recebimento do e-mail informando a assinatura. Isto é furto! Vocês enganam os novos usuários. Agem de má fé. Se tivesse lido os comentários não estaria escrevendo agora esta avaliação e nem tendo a dor de cabeça em ter o meu dinheiro de volta. Enviei uma mensagem no mesmo dia do cancelamento para a Logo Maker pelo App e até o momento não recebi a resposta. Entrei em contato com o banco para estornar.

Dont trust this app. They advertise a 3 day Free trial and after charging $39.99
They look my money same day the trial started. I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund. The Refund was Denied! I sent in an appeal. I hope to not get my Attorney involved and they refund my money. But I’ll need to do what I need to do. They Are Pirates!

Saved logo will appear as a blank screen when trying to go back into an image after saving it or making alterations. Edit screen that appears when first loading in a logo changes to who knows what after making some changes and then saving said changes. Not user friendly at all. Waste of money.

I would like to report a serious issue regarding this app. Many users, including myself, have experienced the same problem: the app claims to offer a free trial or free service, but instead charges users automatically within just one day, not after the stated 3-day trial period. Even worse, the charge is for an entire one-year subscription, and the amount is extremely high.
This behavior is misleading, inappropriate, and feels like a scam. Users are not given the proper trial period, nor any warning before being billed.
We are requesting an immediate refund, as these unauthorized charges were not agreed to. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, as multiple users are already reporting the same problem.

Absolute Rubbish
Worst app and charge me £36 for a yearly subscription. I am heartbroken it’s not even funny. Please don’t ever think of downloading worst app ever.

Took my money- still no access
I paid for the premium subscription, but anytime I go to do anything it tells me that I still need to subscribe. I excited out of the app, and also clicked on “restore purchases” and it tells me that there aren’t any purchases to renew. I looked at my apple account to make sure that I do pay for it- and it shows that I did. Yet it’s still not letting me do much of anything. Extremely frustrating
