We’re always working to improve the app. Based on our latest data, the median solve time using the “Fast” mode is about 4 seconds. The “Smart” and “Pro” modes do take longer, as we focus more on accuracy and detailed explanations there. That said, we also rely on some third-party services, and there was an issue with one of them a couple of days ago. That may have affected your experience. We just want to highlight how valuable your feedback is, and we hope you’ll consider giving the app another try.

To ensure the referral works correctly, the invited friend or family member should tap on the invitation link, install the app, and launch it afterward. Please note that the app should not have been previously installed on their device. If you’re still experiencing issues, please send us an email directly from the mobile app so we can help you and manually grant the scans if the criteria are met.
