We want to clarify that every new user gets at least 3 free scans to try the app, and our subscription also includes a 3-day free trial so you can explore all features before being charged. After your free scans, you can subscribe for unlimited access, watch ads, or invite friends to get more scans. We’re also working on adding more options in future updates. We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we truly appreciate you sharing this feedback. We’re always working to improve the app. Based on our latest data, the median solve time using the “Fast” mode is about 4 seconds. The “Smart” and “Pro” modes do take longer, as we focus more on accuracy and detailed explanations there. That said, we also rely on some third-party services, and there was an issue with one of them a couple of days ago. That may have affected your experience. We just want to highlight how valuable your feedback is, and we hope you’ll consider giving the app another try.
