Use plain Markdown—headings, bullets, tables, whatever structure you actually use — and Azra writes every note to match. Build one for client calls, another for lectures, and another for your weekly one-to-ones. A TEMPLATE PER MODE Meeting notes, Chat and Buddy each keep their own active template, so a recorded session can produce a formal report while Chat stays short and conversational. Switch any time from the template button on each screen, or turn it off to go back to the built-in templates. MANAGE THEM ANYWHERE. Templates are saved to your account and follow you across devices. You can also write and edit them on the web at azraainotes.com. Free accounts keep up to 10 templates; premium is unlimited. Custom templates need an account—everything else in Azra still works without one. REPLACING CUSTOM PROMPTS The old Custom Prompts screen has become Custom Templates. Your previous custom prompt does not carry over, so please recreate it as a template—it now works across meetings, chat, and Buddy instead of chat alone. RECORDINGS THAT SURVIVE INTERRUPTIONS A phone call, Siri or an alarm could previously stop a recording without warning — iOS takes the microphone away and frequently never hands it back. Azra now monitors the recorder for the whole session, revives it automatically, and carries on. YOU ALWAYS KNOW WHAT HAPPENED - If an interruption forces recording into a new file, you are told right away, so nothing disappears silently - If the microphone cannot be recovered, everything captured up to that point is saved and ready to process — the session is never lost - If a session ends up split across parts, Azra tells you exactly which part is being transcribed FASTER, SHARPER NOTES Upgraded to a new generation of AI models across notes, summaries, chat, document Q&A and quizzes.
