AI Notetaker
I have an iPhone SE Gen 2. I tried the app for 3 days. Clean lines, intuitive GUI. I found in a noisy environment the app worked surprisingly really well, capturing the audio of multiple individual speakers and translating it with no issues. Where I find it lacks is in being able to get the original audio and translation text off the app (it can send a summary, but that’s it). Keeping that information in the app and not being able to get it into the wild where it’s useful to other people is a significant drawback. Limited functionality but has potential with some work.

Cancelled subscription but still charged
I actually don’t recall purchasing this app but I’ll give the benefit of the doubt. However I cancelled the “subscription” and it continues to charge my credit card.

Was told is was good what a joke can't even transcribe simple clear audio. Should remain it to audio recorder data taker.
Terrible note taker
Recorded almost 2 hours of a meeting and it showed the time was recording the whole thing….. and when we went to generate the notes it only actually recorded the first 32 seconds…. I was relying on this app to do its job and it screwed me over.
Unreliable
I've used it five times, three times it worked perfectly fine, twice for no given reason it just stopped recording without any notice. One recording was visible, but when I try to save it, it disappears. Really frustrating, assuming the app was working, I was not taking notes during the meeting.
Complete Junk
There is little to no functionality with this app and as others have previously stated by others does NOT appear to be a Fathom product. Additionally the app summary on Apple indicates that it allows for “easy editing and PDF exports of your notes.” That is a COMPLETE LIE - you are ONLY able to export the summary, which from my experience is lacking in detail as it is too high level.

App doesn’t let me sign in
Just downloaded and the app won’t let me sign up or sign in. Just says there’s an error
File disappeared
Tried using it at a first meeting it showed it recorded 92 minutes went back to upload the file and it was gone. No record not even in the trash not sure where it went but that’s not a reliable note taker for an app

Love it
I absolutely love fathom. It helped me with Car repairs. It helps me with my school. AI automation helps me with research. It helps me with everything couldn’t live without it.
Joke
I got suckered in to thinking it’s the same as Fathom.ai and it’s not. This is not a good note taking app. It’s a joke.

Works great on pc but the app DOES NOT WORK
No problem recording or notes for meetings off my calendar there is no place or provision to log in to my account on the app it forces you ti subscribe and even if I sign up for trial or try it crashes and does not proceed

Do NOT fall for thinking this app is in any way related to the Fathom AI recorder used with Zoom… it’s absolutely not and I plan to contact the ACTUAL Fathom to make them aware. This devoid using basically the same logo, just rotated. COMPLETE FRAUD HERE… buyer beware!
Disappointed
After a one hour training meeting, it summarized in about 10 points. Compared to my multi page manual notes, the summary missed much. Had I not been on the call taking notes, the summary would have been of no use!
