It only will record fo approximately 20-30 minutes. I don’t understand that? But time you stop and restart you have missed so much.

Now they don’t offer the lifetime membership so by refusing to help they don’t have to honor the lifetime purchase. Not able to access previous meeting notes or audio for the last six months. I have been trying for two months to resolve and no response but a refund. Totally unacceptable

Took My Money and Ignored My Emails
I purchased a lifetime membership for AI Note Taker, and this has turned into a completely unacceptable experience. The app no longer recognizes my lifetime membership, and despite trying to restore my purchase multiple times, I still cannot access what I paid for. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, attempted the restore process repeatedly, and nothing has worked.
What makes this even worse is the complete lack of customer support. I have emailed the company three separate times asking for help, and not once have they responded. When a company is willing to take your money for a lifetime membership but cannot be bothered to provide basic support when something goes wrong, that raises serious concerns.
At this point, I’m left wondering whether I’ve simply been scammed out of my money. Paying customers should not have to chase down access to a product they already purchased, especially when the company offers no communication or accountability. Extremely disappointing.

What I needed ..
I waffle and with my accent the dictation is not captured correctly. But this App succinctly summarises my long waffle voice notes and even breaks it down with easy to see bold subheadings, nice and neat!
Great when it works
When it works properly it’s a good app but I have now lost two long meeting recordings as the app tried to create the transcript and notes. Not sure if I can trust the app now for critical meetings.
Life time subscription
I purchased the lifetime subscription and I’ve had this subscription for a year and now I can’t access my account. I’ve emailed and they haven’t responded back.

I purchased a lifetime (non-consumable) “Premium” upgrade for this app on Jan. 15, 2025.
After later updates, the app started glitching and crashing and now no longer recognizes or restores that lifetime purchase.
The developer, Evolly, has since removed references to lifetime access on the app and now offers “Premium” as an annual subscription, even though my original purchase, also titled Premium, was a lifetime purchase, not a subscription.
I contacted the developer twice via email for support, but my lifetime access was not restored. I also contacted Apple Support (whom the developer said I had to contact for refund requests), however Apple treated the issue as a subscription renewal dispute and refused to refund me. Instead they tried to convince me to issue a chargeback on my credit card as a last resort. I did not take that option.
Summary: the developer violates Apples Guidelines (2.3.1) without repercussions and the customer is refused a refund.

It worked awesome till it didn’t
I downloaded the app and had been using it for the past few weeks. Love it! Does exactly what I wanted. I even paid for a one year subscription. Then this week it quit working. Every time I click on the app, it looks like it’s going to open but then shuts down right away. It’s up to date. I’ve tried rebooting my iPad numerous times now. It’s just not working at all. Gave it 3 stars because when it works, it works great. I’ve even contacted the developer and I’ve heard nothing from them. So disappointed.

I just bought the app It won’t open up on my phone. Keeps turning off when I turn it on and then I tried to email them with the email that is provided for support and the email they have doesn’t go through I paid for nothing and have no support

Glitch
I used the app to take over 5 hours of notes at a recent conference. When I try to log into the app, it automatically kicks me out. I have emailed the support group but have not received a response. Disappointing because I paid to use this app.
Does not work
I got a year long subscription but since December it does not work. Every time I try to open the app after a few seconds it closes up.
App was great until it stopped working
This app was fantastic until it suddenly stopped working. Was trying to open it and it crashes straight away and if I delete and then reinstall it says I will lose the data. I stopped paying for it until it’s fixed.
Disappointed
I got the app after a recommendation from a friend. I went to use it for an important job and it wouldn’t work just continental logging me out. 1 day after purchasing the 12 month subscription. So very disappointing.
