Keep getting system error, no support within the app either, £29.99 for premium only to not be able to use it!!!

Not transcribing

The first few days it did work but now I lost 3 important meetings as it wasn’t working properly. Still on transcription mode for a day or two until I deleted and start another session but still doing the same. I ve lost 3 meetings/assessments

I never got to try it because the app kept crashing when I’d hit “record.” I do have all iOS updates.
