Unable to Upload Files with Annual Subscription
Hello,
Even though I have an annual subscription, I haven’t been able to upload any new files for the past few weeks. Because of this issue, I have been unable to use the service as intended.
I have already tried the basic troubleshooting steps, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved.
Since I am paying for a service that I have been unable to use, I expect this issue to be fixed as soon as possible. If it cannot be resolved promptly, I would like a refund for the period during which the service has been unusable.
Please investigate this issue and get back to me as soon as possible.

It looks like you haven't purchased a plan in the Transcriber app. Download of the audio and transcription is available only with the paid version.
