Unable to Upload Files with Annual Subscription
Even though I have an annual subscription, I haven’t been able to upload any new files for the past few weeks. Because of this issue, I have been unable to use the service as intended.
I have already tried the basic troubleshooting steps, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved.
Since I am paying for a service that I have been unable to use, I expect this issue to be fixed as soon as possible. If it cannot be resolved promptly, I would like a refund for the period during which the service has been unusable.
Please investigate this issue and get back to me as soon as possible.

Hello! We are sorry for the technical issues you came across. Please download the latest Transcriber update 2.14, where we fixed a bug with sharing recordings from the VoiceMemos app to Transcriber. If you still keep experiencing the described issue, please contact our customer support directly from the Transcriber's in-app settings and send us a screen recording so we can investigate this bug further. Olá! Please accept our apology for not meeting your expectations. The transcription feature is paid, but you can access and discover the app's features and functions for free. We provide a Sample recording in the app that shows how the app works on a real recording. We hope you will give Transcriber another chance!
