Not useful
Wanted this to work but it never transcribes. It just errors out. Seek a different solution.
Scam
Stay away. This is a scam.
Faulty product
The app was only capable of recording the meeting. It could not transcribe the recording into notes which is the only purpose for the app. The app also kept throwing errors that there was no network connection when the phone had WiFi and cellular data connection.
Transcription unavailable
First time I tried the app it was excellent. Second time was a huge failure. Always getting an error message saying transcription is unavailable. How long do we have to wait for this to be fixed. I’ll give it another week. No response to my email support request and I’ll ask for a refund.
Impossible to cancel
I used this once to transcribe notes for a meeting. The notes were never transcribed. It is impossible to cancel the subscription from the app. It just gives options to upgrade. Total scam.
