Failed uploads
On multiple occasions I had the problem that the recorded meetings habe not uploaded and no transcript or summary was provided which is close to disaster if you have to produce minutes. If if works it works really well with a fantastic summary as well as full transcription if you want it.
Ok notes. Poor import function
I think the notes are ok. It has the potential to be a great app as the app is able to make connections between different topics in the lecture and gives the impression that it applied thought to compile the notes. Rather than just a list of topics, it was more coherent, structured and intelligent. For me, this was more useful than some of the other apps I tried.
Unfortunately, the transcriptions themselves were not very good. It missed parts of the lectures, missed words and then repeated other parts. It was inaccurate a lot too.
A drawback is that the import function doesn’t work well. The file size per import is limited. This is a problem for longer lectures. In addition, every (smaller) import froze. I eventually gave up and purchased another app.
One is also unable to edit the title of the notes / recording so you are stuck with the automated title. This makes it very difficult to stay organised.
I had a problem but thankfully their customer support team quickly resolved it. Always appreciated.

Fantastic app
Extremely helpful for any scenario where taking notes is needed - I personally use it for my meetings at work, Game changer.
Simple but has everything I need
I just wanted an app to get my thoughts out and formulate them into something readable. This does the trick perfectly. Kudos to the developer!
An essential study app
A great addition to my final year study tool kit. A lot of stress in lectures right now and this app is helping me understand my professors when I’m not always in the state of mind to listen and pay attention
