Difficult to cancel plan and tried to delete non duplicate photos
This app has potential, but the AI piece that identifies pics needs to be worked on. When I ran the program to identify duplicate photos, it identified thousands that weren’t duplicates. For whatever reason, it also identified a large section of AI generated photos as duplicates even though they weren’t even close to being duplicates.
It would be worth revisiting if some of these issues get ironed out. Also, there’s no way to cancel after the 3 day trial! I had to cancel it from within Apple and even then, it made me choose after the first week was over, not after the free trial ends… that’s not super cool.
