Used to be great…
I loved this app. Used to willingly pay the $15 month for it. Somewhere along the lines it got changed and I started getting charged $35 month. Not sure when it changed and how long I was charged the higher price. Tried to manage subscription and it showed the old price, but every time I tried going back to it, it would lock up. Deleted the app completely…in the App Store it still shows different subscription plans so downloaded it again…but NOPE $35 mo is the only subscription. Emailed support. No answer. So…basically now a scam app that advertises one thing, charges something different and doesn’t respond to support requests.

This app can answer calls when you can’t. There is even an option to train your ai receptionist using the information on your website. Great app for busy business professionals

I decided to try this app to see how it worked. It was pretty easy to set up. The instructions were clear on what to do. It was also really easy change the settings on my phone app to forward calls to this assistant. There are different ai assistant voices to choose from. This is a great tool for anyone running a small business

Didn’t like the delivery opt
It’s a nice app but when I listen to the part of the delivery saying I’m not available but leave my package to the front desk and not front door made me delete it. It’s as if they knew I live in a hotel freaked me out so I deleted it. Why would it say front desk and not front door 🚪

I have been using this app for about a week and so far I am very happy. Only suggestion- please enable notifications for all calls, not just those where the caller had an interaction with the ai assistant.

Worked for a little bit and then all of a sudden it’s leaving a message telling my customers that the number is no longer in service.
Try support and of course it’s AI. All of the suggested steps on the IPhone set up were already done correctly.
Wait forever for an actual human agent and they were less help than the AI.
