No Free Trial & False Advertising!
I selected “Free 7 Day Trial” for 8.99. I was immediately charged 9.99. Sent an email to customer support for a full refund. Canceled my app subscription in Apple, and in there it said I could enjoy my “free trial” for 7 more days. It’s not free.

Terrible Experience — Call Dropped Without Warning
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a translation app. I was on an important call with my bank and waited on hold for about 25 minutes. The app kept using my credits while I was only listening to hold music. Then, when my credits ran out, it simply disconnected the call without a clear warning or giving me a chance to add more credits and continue.
After waiting that long, I only needed a couple more minutes to finish the conversation, but the call was just cut off. There should be an obvious low-credit warning and an option for automatic renewal before disconnecting an active call.
On top of that, the translation quality was poor and made the conversation more difficult, not easier. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app. I paid for a service that failed exactly when I needed it most.
