Will not use
Here is why I won’t use the app. First, this isn’t a reason I won’t use it but it’s really slow. That I understood, I had a lot of pix and this was the first time so that didn’t bother me. Next, I left the app to run in the background and when I went back it had stopped running and you had to start the scan over from the beginning. Then I did the similar photo scan and it took hours to complete and it looked like it did a pretty good job of identifying similar photos but when I hit the remove button nothing happened. Finally, and this was the kiss of death for me and I’ll never give this company another chance, when I cancelled it came back and gave me a substantially reduced offer if I wouldn’t complete the cancellation. Either give me your best price up front or stay out of my life!!!

You are terrible deleting pictures I need for legal reasons I got to delete you hopefully you haven’t done to much damage

Our application cannot cause you damage for two reasons: 1) you yourself confirm which photos need to be deleted 2) all actions are reversible; if you accidentally deleted the necessary photos, they can be restored from the trash (the "Recently Deleted" folder).
