I have to give this one star because it doesn’t work. When I upload a photo it immediately fails and then it says to check history for the results, but that also fails.

Thanks for your feedback. We have thousands of successful photo optimizations. Bit still sometimes something can go wrong. What type of photo are you using? Have you tried using a standard JPEG or PNG file format ? Since you are using the free version, you might also want to try and upgrade to the pro version.
