Hello Viewvisitor, Thanks for using Prompto and for your feedback! Prompto lets you choose between around 25 different image generation models, ranging from 1 credit per image for the entry-level models up to 50 credits per image for the most advanced ones. The default model costs 1 credit per image. You may have selected a different model in the app. You can check or change this from the Settings (gear icon at the top). Also, you don’t need to reach 0 credits before purchasing more. You can purchase additional credit packs directly from the credit counter at the top if you prefer to use one of the more advanced models. Hopefully this clarifies the situation! Wie vom Entwickler kommuniziert, ist eine Rückerstattung über Apple problemlos möglich gewesen. Daher korrigiere ich meine Sterne von 1 auf 4, denn das Programm ist wirklich toll und einfach. Das Coinmodell sagt mir persönlich nicht zu.

Hello Bakalorz1, I understand your frustration and I apologize for any inconvenience. Until version 1.1.3, Flux AI Image Generator was subscription-based. Based on user feedback, we switched to a consumable credit model starting from version 1.2, allowing users to purchase credits for generating images at a more affordable rate. I'm sorry if this change caught you off guard. If you had an active subscription, a partial or full refund may be available. You’ll need to contact Apple directly, as I don’t have access to manage refunds on their platform.
