Anime v2 Still Broken – No App Updates Since October 2024

Came back to DonnY after a few months away, redownloaded the app (latest version from 2024), and the same old issue is still there: the Anime v2 model gets stuck in an infinite loading loop every single time I try to generate – no image, no error, just endless spinning.
Meanwhile, the realistic models work fine and generate quickly. Anime styles were a big reason I liked this app originally, but this bug makes them completely unusable.
It’s been over 15 months with no new app updates (last one was October 2024), even though there are promises in reviews about “working on the next update” with new models and fixes. Disappointing to see persistent bugs like this go unaddressed for so long in a fast-moving AI space.

Update:12/30/25, the app is down again. Not sure what’s happening with it. It’s been over a month since it has been down

I used to utilize it to create some of my original anime characters, but since it has been down, I no longer have any use for it. I haven't received any communication from support, so I decided to leave a review here. (Fixed)

Not safe for kids

It has no filters, it is very dangerous to kids and everybody else, they should add safety filters agains NSFW stuff
