I can’t get a photo to show to find out what I’m doing wrong with it. The app says go to “skate” but there isn’t one. Terrible site!

Promoted at $39.99 but then charged $69.99. Cannot open app and unable to contact developer. Now requested PayPal to obtain refund. Had to give it a rating of 1 star to process.
Not working
Have tried for over a week to ask a question and the site just spins. Tried contacting the developer and the app kicks me out.

I take a picture and there are tons of possible plants. This is not helpful at all

This app actually doesn’t diagnose it just gives lists of possible problems. It also doesn’t actually tell you what the plant is, again just a long list of possibilities 😢
