Does anyone continuously get asked to subscribe?… I have already paid for a year’s subscription. But it keeps coming up and want let me progress with app. Until I resubscribe. Even through my subscription is current! Can’t find the help process either

Hi there I’ve been having problems using this app anytime I try to load a prompt it doesn’t work it just keeps saying error message sent to developers like seriously why is it that it works sometimes then it doesn’t work all the time it has been completely unusable please it needs to be fixed ASAP. Update it’s Saturday, December 27 and this app is still not working what’s going on why is this app still broken? I’m going to cancel my description. If this continues this is just ridiculous. I just lowered My star review for three to one

Great app but recently every time I go to try and use it it wants me to subscribe either yearly or weekly even though I already paid for a year. It changes my subscription and recharges me.
