Scam Call Protect is an AI-powered incoming call screening service for Teams Connector users. This service uses an A.I. Assistant to answer, listen and analyze the caller’s speech. Suspicious calls such as scam calls and robocalls, are identified and blocked. Furthermore, an app provides users the capability to monitor live screening of incoming calls and review their call history, which includes blocked, answered and missed calls.
