Hello, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. For our product, once you activate the subscription, you’ll get a 3-day free trial – no charges will be applied during this trial period. After the 3 days, the subscription fee will be automatically deducted from your account, but this only happens if you’ve activated the service; there is no automatic or forced deduction without your consent. If you need to cancel the subscription, please follow these steps: 1. Open the Settings app. 2. Tap your name. 3. Tap "Subscriptions". 4. Tap the relevant subscription. 5. Tap "Cancel Subscription". You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription" button. If there is no cancel button, or if you see expiration information in red text, it means the subscription has already been canceled. Alternatively, you can directly delete the app. When deleting, the system will pop up an option to cancel the subscription, and you can choose to cancel it there.
