When I tried to download this app it showed up with a free trial thing and it wouldn’t let me go off it, it’s basically trying to force me to pay for extra stuff that I don’t need. Instead of this why can’t you just make it so that you have to buy the app

Fiz uma assinatura de um ano pelo celular. Apaguei o aplicativo sem querer e agora estão querendo me cobrar outra assinatura. Um absurdo! Não existe suporte para lhe ajudar quanto a isso. Estou pagando assinatura anual e não consigo utilizar o aplicativo pelo celular. Decepção!!
