What is going on

I don’t know what’s going on. I tried to record new vocals and now it rendered the other three vvocals that I had on there unusable so I ended up deleting all three try to re-record another one but it’s taking forever so I don’t know what to do anymore. I tried troubleshooting. I didn’t messaged you guys in the app and still no response. If this doesn’t get resolved soon, I’m gonna have to file for a refund.

You people are a bunch of cheats…

I purchase a subscription in September 2025… installed it but could never use it… so on more then 20 occasions I contacted their useless customer service… they never responded so I tried to contact the developers… same… they never helped either, so after 10 months I haven’t been able to use the app at all.
They took my $79, never helped and just ignored me… don’t buy from these people. There are other apps out there and developers who look after their customers… try Songer, they look after their customers. Very unhappy.

Une application d’arnaque. Ne fonctionne pas du début à la fin. Impossible de générer une musique, une chanson, d’enregistrer sa voix. Et cela malgré le paiement de l’abonnement. Extrêmement déçu.

Rien qui fonctionne, ni la génération ni l'enregistrement de la voix, alors que l'abonnement est actif : ce n'est clairement pas normal et nous comprenons votre déception. Ouvrez les Réglages de l'app, copiez votre User ID et envoyez-le à info@twowise.co en précisant votre modèle de téléphone — cela nous permet de voir ce qui bloque sur votre appareil et de le corriger. Nous restons sur le dossier jusqu'à ce que ce soit réglé.

Horrible

It’s been charging me every week yet and still, I am not able to record my voice. It keeps giving me an error message and once I try to cancel my subscription it tells me to go into the settings, but there is no setting button available to cancel my subscription so I’m getting billed week after week after week. This is absolutely a scam.

Getting an error every time you try to record your voice isn't something you should be running into on an active plan. Please open Settings in the app, copy your User ID and send it to info@twowise.co along with your device model and the exact error text — that lets us see what's blocking the recording on your device and get it fixed for you.

Surprised

First time using an AI generated songs and I absolutely love it. I was literally jamming out in my car this morning heading to work. Listening to the music that this app helps generated for me. Definitely recommended.

New update, lost old songs and doesn’t work

It’s terrible. I was paying 799 for a sub subscription. All my songs are gone and it says I could not

I tried to sign up again and it doesn’t work. But charged me 699. Thanks a lot for taking my money and my songs and all my hard work

Warum kostet es 25€/Monat Das ist viel zu teuer und dann wird man auch noch getrackt und es spricht Wörter andauernd falsch aus da nutze ich lieber Suno das ist auch günstiger Die Songs sind von Jukebox sind außerdem sehr schlecht

Getrackt wird dabei nichts über das hinaus, was in unserer Datenschutzerklärung steht. Falls Sie es noch einmal versuchen möchten: Bei Aussprachefehlern hilft es oft, die betreffenden Wörter im Songtext lautgetreu zu schreiben.

Very good, if improved can be Awesome

The app itself is very good but I need to know how to cancel automatic renewal. It says it is easy to cancel while in settings but I see nothing relating cancellation in settings. If I get a proper response I will change my one star rating. I found that it can be cancelled through Apple. The email they send you directs you to cancel by a link. I can only speak for the reggae style they have. Positives: 1. The male singer they use is awesome, just perfect. 2. The music is just amazing as well. 3. I discovered you can add vowels for the singer to vocalise more 4. It generates songs quite fast within 30 seconds you can start hearing your song and in 3 to 4 minutes it’s all complete for you to download. Negatives: 1. the singer speeds up singing words 2. The singer joins two sentences together when I want them sung separately. 3. There is no pause that I can indicate 4. There is no way for me to emphasise a word or sentence 4. There is no way for me to state to sing certain parts of my lyrics slowly or delicately or anything else.

So I keep twerking my lyric’s sentences to see if I can make him sing how I want. So I end up wasting my credits for a gamble. So I have succumb to recording everything and trying to piece together parts of one song to another. This might not work because all the songs do not have the same rhythm and sounds.

But you do get to have your music sound 50 to 70 per cent of how you would want it.

That shouldn't happen with an active subscription — you get 20 credits that refresh every 7 days, so generation should keep working. Something's off on the account side. Open Settings in the app, copy your User ID and send it to info@twowise.co with your device model, and we'll check your subscription status and get music generation working again.
