I’ve bought credits after uploading a song I only wanted a sample clip of, it didn’t make…. Bought more credits thinking it wasn’t enough to generate the video, STILL no video. For me, this app SUCKS! Taking my money and providing nothing in return!

the worst app experience ever, after they advertised to you and have you set up a song it all completely disappeared and then they ask you to redirect to another app i feel this is a complete scam and i feel the fool for falling for it. it is not customer friendly at all and nowhere could i find any direction to any kind of customer support, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I've already taken this app off my phone and wasted seven dollars. They want you to go for a subscription a pro version, etc. which is whatever. My problem is when I try to create my voice. I had to read a script that took five minutes which is fine so the AI could learn my voice and then it decided to process for over 40 minutes before I decided to quit even though it said it would take 25 minutes and it just stayed at 0 minutes way past when it said it would be done. I tried it twice, and then I tried to use the photo to a video at least four times and every time I picked two different profile photos, it says "something went wrong" and refused to work. This is all within an hour of downloading the app, and first impressions matter so congratulations. You got seven dollars from me but gained a negative review.

Premium Membership Should Not Have Song Limits and Vocal Artifacts Remain

It is STILL happening -
I pay for a premium membership, and I have been getting messages that tell me that I have reached my daily limit. This should not be happening with a premium membership. Plus, whenever I email customer service, all I get are form responses and NO RESOLUTION. They keep saying in response to my reviews that they will respond to my customer service emails. They don’t. They NEVER HAVE. ALSO, despite several updates, vocal artifacts, as I call them, keep happening. Screechy vocals, or bad vocals that are added that are not in the lyrics.
