Missing the Share with Family feature
This product requires in-app purchase subscription to function. However, it does not have the "share with family” feature, which is needed for kids who cannot subscribe to things. The only reason I’m even looking at this app is because my son‘s school uses it but the subscription model is terrible. There are plenty of kids’ apps that require subscriptions by the parents and then is shared out via Apple family. Just turned the feature on.
Also, when I reached out for help via their email address, I’ve gotten zero response because I thought the way to get around this was to just purchase a year subscription for my son from their website. After purchasing, I have not gotten a confirmation email with a code or anything that I could put in and use.
I do not recommend this app.

Amazing
I really love this app because it helps a lot in Chinese it teaches me new words. I also really like this because I got a $20 Amazon gift card code and it actually works!
Poor audio quality
Tried one story but the audio quality was very poor. This isn’t acceptable for a language learning app.
Buyer beware!
I paid for the subscription for $4.99 a month to unlock more than 1 free story a day. The app acts as if the subscription never happened and still restricts me to the 1 free story a day. Customer support could be better also. I have been having this issue for 2 months. Time to unsubscribe. Do not waste your money!

Great for Self-practice!
My students enjoy using AI Story time in class for center activity.Videos are attractive and interesting and the read aloud feature allows them to practice by themselves. Also, the English and Chinese translations is very user friendly.Love it!
I Love Story Time
I like this app! It’s a fun way for my kids to review their Chinese language skills and see how they compare with their school mates. They love having their recordings graded automatically by the app, instant feedback! How does the company do that?

Doesn’t work
Keeps telling to subscribe even though I have. My Apple account reflects that I’m subscribed but app does not allow me to have access to the stories.

Poorly designed app
The App doesn’t work. Had to call in for the subscription to take effect even though I already signed up to pay the monthly subscription. Then the next day the app stopped working again. Sound is robotic as well.
