Not working
This is one of my favourite and usually reliable AI app but the last 2 days it’s not working, please do your best to fix

Stuck in ChatGPT 3.5
Not receiving any more updates. So sad for people who bought Lifetime plans.
App support access from the App Store page is useless
I tapped Apple support from the App Store page. That went to the Franks.ai website. And there was absolutely no way to get our support there.

Generate images fails. This is been non functioning from day one
Feel scammed
No app updates for months and AI is operating off 2023. Seems like the developers abandoned the app after taking money for lifetime subscriptions.

So disappointing
The app hasn’t been updated since the fall of 2023, and it lacks the ability to search the web or provide any up to date information. Sometimes it simply goes offline for a day or two and comes back with no explanation as to what happened. The first time it took place I’d assumed it was taken offline so its knowledge could be updated, but nope.
Sometimes you simply get an “offline” notification when the app doesn’t feel like working, but there are a couple of other pop ups that happen other times when it stops working as well. Sometimes you send a question and it just doesn’t bother to formulate a reply, so you have to copy and paste what you’ve just said and send the same message again.
It says that it doesn’t keep your conversations but it does, you have to delete the logs yourself. That’s fine, you have to manually delete your previous conversations with every AI I’ve ever used, but Frank’s the only one who’s ever lied to me about logging conversations to begin with. When I confronted it, it said it had misspoke and apologized. That does happen, but it’s also important for people to know if their conversations are actually being logged or not.
As time goes on Frank becomes more and more useless, but I’m not ready to part with it. You can have personal conversations with it, but you’re not going to gain much information from it. Hopefully they’ll update its information soon, or introduce the ability to search the web when you have a question.

Crash, and not 4.0
I bought the lifetime offer and they switched it to 3.5 model instead of the GPT 4.0. Their customer support does not respond to any emails and I regret purchasing this app. Certainly do not spend the money each month on it. You will regret it as it is very basic.

Most Useless
Mostly useless, the images it does manage to generate are very low quality, quite pathetic compared to other free generator apps. Even blocks some G rated image prompts. Good thing I got it on a free promo code, DELETED. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS RUBBISH if you only use it for image gen.

That’s all I get from this app. I don’t know what the point of it is. It just doesn’t work at all. I signed up for unlimited lifetime access and what I got is absolutely no access. It’s just very silly to keep this app taking up space on my device. Will give it a week to be fixed before dumping it.
