Disappointed
When I select a video it never stop loading or rendering…it just loads all day and never makes its completion for the video 👎👎👎

Hi Dre2k24, I'm very sorry that the app wasn't working when you tried to use it. We had some problems with an external provider that prevented any videos from completing for a period of about 12 hours. If you try using the app again it will work now, and I've reset your quota so the failed videos don't count against it. Sorry again for the problems. Let us know if you have any other questions or problems.
