Excellent for Offline Transcribing, Missing One Essential Feature
This is the best local transcription app I’ve found. Intuitive and easy-to-use, it’s become a key part of my workflow. I really appreciate its simplicity, offline capability, and accuracy — it’s an ideal tool for professional use.
The one feature that would make it perfect is speaker diarization — even basic automatic labeling like “Speaker 1,” “Speaker 2,” with the option to rename them later.
This would be a game-changer for multi-person sessions and make the app a complete solution for coaching professionals like myself.
Are there any plans to add this in a future release?

Fast and reliable
I tried a few file transcription software and all were limited in responce or use. AI Transcription provodes a very reliable service and a fast speed.
Use a different app
This app has failed me so many times. Don’t bother finding out why download a different app. Or use voice memos on your phone
Quite useful.
Being able to do transcription locally saves a lot of time for me. Once the AI kind of warms up to the tasks, it usually gets the job done nicely. Of course theres "misheard" typos, as well as larger files are best broken up into smaller parts. High Quality mode helps a lot, so that less editing is needed. Overall, it's an amazing piece of software, and I expect it to just get better and better.

Not ready for prime time
Short memo’s might be fine but anything I tried filed. More product testing required, not stable in current form.
Promising, needed, not yet reliably useful
Great idea, really needed, will be amazing once it improves. Two main issues, downloading models fails, and transcription is only 20-40% accurate (and it's really slow).
4 hours to transcibe 1 hour of video at 20-40% accuracy is nowhere near good enough.

Downloads fail - Do not upgrade
The upgrade is meant to give access to more specific or large models. The problem is they don’t download. Super slow, and they get to 80%, and fail. They are only 123Mb and 650Mb. Unacceptable.

This is truly fantastic! I simply dragged my audio file into the window, clicked "Trascribe" and the lyrics were generated in under a minute! Thank you!

You are mistaken about the purpose of our app. It is a speech-to-text transcription app that requires audio or video input to work. Therefore, the file types you mentioned are not supported.

Finally, I got your point. Please wait for the latest version(1.3.10) which is coming soon. ----------- Hi, we would like to solve your problem. Could you tell us what error you received via email? And 1)what format you file is? 2) is it an audio file or a video file? (Send us one of your file would be a great help, if it's acceptable to you) Also, you can update to latest version(1.3.6) which may has been fixed the problem. Thanks
