On top of that, the video quality was not good and did not improve my video the way I expected. I feel the pricing and token system should be much more transparent before charging customers.
I would like a refund for my subscription and token purchase. Definitely not worth the money.

Jaz0n84, Upscaling with AI includes a HUGE cost. But unlike most upscalers in the market, we don't just increase the dimensions of the video our app actually offers "real quality upscaling". Most of our happy users think "4K" is the ultimate option and works best for them. We're doing nothing, but just bridging the gap with top-notch upscaling models such as SeedVR and Topaz in a single app! But I take the feedback and as the prices for these models drop down, we'd reduce our pricing too! That said, we do offer a fair amount of credits with the plans you purchase for real quality testing! 80% of our users are satisfied with the results, the only drawback is -- it takes time, but we're working on to make it even faster!
