Preview the Results Before Asking for Payment

I gave this app one star because it asks for payment before allowing users to see any actual results. I understand that developers need to monetize their work, but users should at least be able to generate a sample video or preview the output before being asked to subscribe. It’s difficult to justify paying for a service when you don’t know the quality of the final result. A free trial or limited demo would make the experience much more trustworthy and user friendly.

Rip off, do not buy.

After paying for pro, you still have to buy “credit” before you can process one video. Terrible bait and switch app that should be taken off the market place.

Jaz0n84, Upscaling with AI includes a HUGE cost. But unlike most upscalers in the market, we don't just increase the dimensions of the video our app actually offers "real quality upscaling". Most of our happy users think "4K" is the ultimate option and works best for them. We're doing nothing, but just bridging the gap with top-notch upscaling models such as SeedVR and Topaz in a single app! But I take the feedback and as the prices for these models drop down, we'd reduce our pricing too! That said, we do offer a fair amount of credits with the plans you purchase for real quality testing! 80% of our users are satisfied with the results, the only drawback is -- it takes time, but we're working on to make it even faster!

Doesn’t work

It not only doesn’t allow you to upload a video AFTER paying, but when it does finally let you upload it looks terrible. I’m not happy definitely not worth spending money on
