I bought the permanent vip, but first I can’t transfer my account to new phone, and was limited to use the app. Less and less credits. Now it’s average one time a day. Quality of the produced video is poor, sometimes I got videos from this app with sora logo. I can’t contact the app so I have to leave review here.

Hello, there is a function in the APP to contact customer service. We support transferring membership to a new device. Please contact the customer service in the APP. В России не работает после обновления.

Картинку считывает , показывает , что сделано. И на этом дальше тишина. Крутит бесконечно. Видео не показывает. Исправьте. Сделайте как раньше было. До обновления.
