Extremely disappointing customer service
I purchased a 1-month subscription to Higgsfield AI, but I lost access after only 3 days. I contacted customer support for help, but the response has been extremely poor — in fact, I have received no meaningful response at all.
Paying for a subscription and then being unable to access the service for most of the month is unacceptable. What makes it worse is the lack of customer support to resolve the issue.
Higgsfield AI may have good features, but customer service is seriously lacking. I would not recommend purchasing a subscription until they improve their support and actually respond to paying customers.

Untrustworthy company
Credits are fine, but do not buy a subscription. Being that I’m stuck with this increasingly terrible service, it’s best to hear me out. The subscription with this app or on their website, will have a feature called, “unlimited,” that will cause the speeds of generations to increasingly slow down as you use it. There is little transparency about how this works, and any claim about slow generations during peak hours does not match the reality of service. Whether you use their service at 7am, 7pm, or 4am, the slow generation time is the same. It would not be slow immediately. It slows down progressively, preventing you from complaining right away. So, if there is in fact a priority system, then your new account would have priority over older accounts. Keep this in mind when making a purchase. If you choose to use credits, which come with the subscription, then the speed is much quicker. Most of the time you will use the credits due to frustration of waiting for your images to produce. Wait time begins at approximately 1 minute for popular models. After 3 months the wait can increase to 15 minutes. I am now at 30 minutes. So, be advised. You have a max of 8 images at a time. So, this is 8 images every 30 minutes. There have been users with older accounts who have purchased new accounts, or have confirmed this with friends who have new accounts.
