Great app but doesn’t take voice files

I do the weekly subscription and non of the videos I try to make by importing a voice file work. It goes to 99% completed and then keeps saying “in progress.”

I’ve got videos that have been in progress for the past 18 hours. Aside from that it’s a great app

I bought the app but never used it. A couple of days later I asked for a refund. But no one has responded yet. I can't even log in to the app. But my money is gone. Please refund!!!

I bought this app on May 25, 2024. I paid the $ 19.99-lifetime premium. I switched phones and now I can no longer sign in. I asked for help to get my account back twice. I have not heard anything back. It seems they only want to collect money but not help their customers. What kind of service is this?
