Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry you had such a frustrating experience. We understand why it feels disappointing if the results weren’t good and the app didn’t seem truly free. Please try using a smaller brush with a few light passes, and use Dynamic Tracking for moving subjects (start on a high-contrast frame) for better cleanup quality. Due to the high cost of GPU services and ongoing R&D, we can’t make all features free. As a goodwill gesture, we’d like to offer you a three-month premium trial. Please open and claim it on your iPhone/iPad (we cannot access your Apple account): https://apps.apple.com/redeem?ctx=offercodes&id=6737941519&code=REVIEW3MONTHSFREE If you can share details, please email us at feedback@globalpixelstudio.com.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review—sorry to hear the app didn’t work well for you, and we understand how frustrating that is. For better results, try using a smaller brush with multiple light passes, and use Dynamic Tracking for moving subjects (start on a high-contrast frame). If the issue is tied to a specific moment, trimming that segment and re-exporting can also help. Due to the high cost of GPU services and ongoing R&D, we can’t make all features free. As a goodwill gesture, we’d like to offer you a three-month premium trial. Response from developer

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration this pricing caused. We understand it can feel unfair when you just want to remove small or large objects quickly.

Theft

This app would be good if it actually works after the first time and it steals your money n don’t process your video but still uses up your credits

Removed people

I had a video with 2 people who had a small stitch character ( from the movie lilo and stitch) on their right leg I only wanted that little character removed but instead it removed both people.

Trash

Ignore the positive rating This app is is trash doesn’t work

Great results, but clips too short

The only problem is that the 15-second limit is too short, so it becomes hard to edit slightly longer clips. Please extend the maximum duration to at least 60 seconds per video.

Effective Editor with Key Privacy Notes to Consider

I’ve tried Video Eraser for erasing objects from videos, and it delivers on its promise with a straightforward interface that works well on iOS devices. It’s handy for quick edits directly from your camera roll, and the processing speed is decent for casual use without needing advanced skills.

To help others get the full picture, I dove into the privacy policy, and there are several aspects worth noting if data protection matters to you. The app collects extensive device details right from the start, such as your IMEI (unique phone identifier), ICCID (SIM card ID), MAC address (network hardware ID), and advertising IDs like IDFA/IDFV. These can enable persistent tracking of your device across apps and sessions, which might feel intrusive if you’re concerned about long-term profiling—even though the policy says it’s for counting devices and adapting graphics.

Location tracking is another area: it pulls latitude/longitude via GPS, network-based spots, IP addresses, country codes, and time zones, plus WiFi network names and connection times. This helps with things like regional app versions but could reveal your habits or whereabouts more than necessary. Network info, like your carrier and connection type, adds to understanding your setup. You can limit this by disabling location services in iOS settings, but collection happens automatically when online.

When using video features that involve faces (like portrait effects), the app processes facial data temporarily to generate results and promises immediate deletion afterward. However, any brief storage of biometric info carries a small risk if there’s a glitch or breach, so it’s best for non-sensitive clips. Usage logs are also gathered extensively—think details on how often you use features, error/crash reports, operation paths, language settings, and even your list of installed apps. This supports service improvements but could indirectly build a profile of your preferences without tying it directly to your identity.

Third-party services play a big role too: the app uses SDKs, APIs, and cookies from external providers for analytics and ads, which might access the same device, location, and IP data under their separate policies. The developers don’t control this, so data could flow to ad networks or trackers in ways that aren’t fully transparent. For advertising, they create internal user IDs from this info to measure ad performance based on location and language, without selling it outright—but the cumulative effect might still lead to more targeted ads than expected.

Sharing is limited to specific scenarios, like protecting safety, preventing fraud, upholding the company’s rights, or meeting legal obligations. As a Chinese-developed app governed by People’s Republic of China laws (not Hong Kong or Macau), data could be subject to those regulations, which prioritize national security and might allow government access without your knowledge—unlike stricter rules in places like the EU (GDPR) or California (CCPA). The policy notes they use SSL encryption and other measures, but acknowledges no online system is 100% secure, especially with factors like your home network.

On the user side, you can request data access, updates, or deletion via email (with ID verification), and retention is tied to service needs or laws, which might mean longer holds than ideal. Push notifications use device info for updates or ads, but you can opt out in settings. There’s no strong emphasis on minimizing data collection, so it gathers more than the bare minimum for core functions.

If these practices align with your comfort level, Video Eraser is a practical choice for video tweaks. For tighter privacy, I’d recommend reviewing the App Store’s nutrition labels, using iOS tools like App Privacy Reports to monitor access, enabling Limit Ad Tracking, and considering built-in Apple editors or apps with narrower data scopes. It’s all about weighing the convenience against your personal boundaries—hope this helps you decide!

Four things to fix

I have a lifetime premium offer. What does this mean?
The Apple Store should take app offers seriously and make sure they are real and not fake.
First, it only processes 15 seconds, second, it is so slow that you can play Call of Duty while it is processing the video, third, the removal area looks very clear that it was removed in a primitive way, and fourth, it does not always work and freezes and is not flexible in determining the removal area.

Not working as expected

This app does not work and leaves smudges all over your video and is unable to remove what you want from the video unless it’s a really small object. I signed up for a free trial and cancelled it as soon as I found out it was not working only to receive a charge afterwards.

Response from developer

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I’m truly sorry for the shock and frustration around the unexpected charge. We never intend to mislead—if the price displayed as 0 and then charged 698, that may indicate a store display/cache issue, and we’d like to investigate with your screenshots, device model, region, and app version. For billing and refunds, Apple manages all payments; please submit or re-open your request at reportaproblem.apple.com and include your photos and the exact time the 0 price appeared. In the app, please refresh pricing by force-closing the App Store, confirming your region in Settings, and relaunching to ensure the correct price shows going forward. Due to the high cost of GPU services and ongoing R&D, we can’t make all features free. As a goodwill gesture, we’d like to offer you a three-month premium trial. Ergebnis mangelhaft

Ich verstehe nicht, was daran AI sein soll. Ein Logo aus einem Video heraus rechnen ergibt einen unscharfen Klecks.

Response from developer

Thanks for giving us a try, and I’m sorry for the frustration with the blurry result. For static logos you own or are authorized to edit, please use Fixed-Area Cleanup with a smaller brush and multiple light passes; if the logo moves, try Dynamic Tracking starting on a high-contrast frame. You can also trim the problematic segment and re-export to improve quality. Due to the high cost of GPU services and ongoing R&D, we can’t make all features free.
