Also my video creation failed and said it automatically refunded the credits that it used, but it did not. My credit are still gone, and there’s no way to seek support or help to get it fixed.

Hello there! We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the missing credits and the confusion around our pricing. To be entirely transparent, high-quality video generation requires heavy server resources, which is why we must charge for credits to sustain the app. We never process any subscriptions or payments without your explicit App Store consent, but we hear your feedback and will work on making our pricing structure clearer upfront. Regarding the failed video, your credits should have refunded automatically; the fact that they did not is a bug on our end. We want to resolve this rapidly and ensure you are properly refunded.
