Why I have to give it a one star

When I was trying to generate a video I was expecting it to be free (it came up on a google search) but apparently I had to pay a subscription to even use it

App Doesn’t Work

Just downloaded app trying to use the app keeps telling me does not exist if I try using app prompt tells me the same tried to send and email tells me to make sure email set up no place for me to set up anything not even a profile. Paid for the year and can’t use tried emailing for support email address is invalid

doesn't work

after making a couple videos, the app is telling me "No Video Try again now" and brings up a message that says "The data couldn't be read because it is missing." It won't generate a video now. I'd like my money back if this app doesn't work

Overcharged email doesn’t work

I clicked on $9.98 for a weekly subscription and got charged over $30 which was taken out of my account straight away before I even got chance to double click to authorise it. I pressed on the “contact us” button & comprised an email but the send button did not work. Please can I have a refund?
The video didn’t follow any of the prompts, had zero sound and was literally just my photograph zooming in. Complete rip off.

Worst app

I paid 599₹ and the app is just a junk not even generating any video just showing me something else not use this app its completely waste of money and time
