Sorry about this—that’s definitely not the experience we want. If your subscription didn’t grant credits, that’s a bug on our side and we’d like to fix it right away. Please contact us again at hello@videz.app with your purchase details so we can restore your credits or investigate immediately. Since payments are handled by Apple through the App Store, you can also request a refund here: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ We’re sorry we missed your earlier messages and are working to improve response times.

Sorry about the frustration—that’s not the experience we want. The videos are generated by advanced AI models (like Veo, Sora, and Kling), which interpret prompts automatically, so results can sometimes differ from expectations. That said, we want to help you get the outcome you’re aiming for—feel free to reach out at hello@videz.app and we can guide you on prompts or review what went wrong. If something failed or credits were used incorrectly, we’re happy to investigate and fix that. And if you’d prefer a refund, you can request one through Apple here: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
