That’s when the problems started. I ended up spending around $70 because the app repeatedly prompted me to add another $19.99 to process a longer version. Unfortunately, the final result was extremely disappointing. The face swap barely worked at all—the face was mostly a blurry, moving image throughout the video, making it essentially unusable.
What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of customer support. I contacted them through the app and received no response. I also emailed them and never heard back. There appears to be no way to have a failed video redone or to request a refund if the result is unusable.
Fortunately, Apple refunded one $21.99 charge, but I still spent considerably more than that on a product that did not deliver what was promised.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Vidmor. The technology may work on very short clips, but my experience with longer videos was poor, and the lack of customer support was unacceptable.

Update based on developers response. The plan I purchased was for 900 weekly credits and 300 daily credits. I haven’t received either.
