I paid for lifetime use, and their latest update requires credit to make a video. I am supposed to get 1200 credits weekly.

App quit working
I paid for lifetime membership, pro version and suddenly quit working - there’s no email to write for support. I’ve tried even buying extra coins that are supposed to be generated weekly to pro members and will not allow me to do purchase coins either.
Lost all paid for credits
This app has been malfunctioning to where I couldn’t generate videos and when I tried to reinstalled it, it took and showed I still had a subscription but wiped all my paid for credits. The app is malfunctioning and not even allowing you to buy more credits no matter how many times it reinstalled. This company hasn’t answered messages asking for the paid for credits. Don’t purchase a subscription because you’ll loose your money.

Used to be good
I subscribed for a year and within 2 months it updated and completely changed. It no longer gives you credits and no longer will generate nsfw videos. What a ripoff!

AI Videos won't save
This was a waste of money. I returned to this app to recreate memories of my mother, myself, and others. Unfortunately, the pictures that create movements won't save to the gallery as they play in Joytu. I tried sending them via text and uploading them to a social media app, but the AI-generated pictures only moved slightly, rather than providing a complete snippet. This is flawed. Save your money and find a better app.

I can only save 1 second video and I have emailed countless times and no response and app still has the same issues. Really disappointing.

Thought I could have precious images of my departed parents, brought to life by this app, instead it had a lot of bugs and unsuccessful attempts. I canceled the trial subscription.
