What is with the coins or credits?

Hi NanaBee121, we’re sorry for the confusion and frustration. Simply opening a template or attempting to upload a photo does not consume credits. Since you mentioned that your photo was never successfully added, a personalized generation should not have been submitted or charged. Please email service@unitedguard.net with your account details and a screenshot of the message you saw. We’ll check your usage record and help clarify what happened. If we confirm that credits were deducted because of a technical issue, or that purchased credits or benefits were not added correctly, we’ll restore them. We’re also improving the upload instructions and credit information to make the process clearer.

Hi Marcel, the first stage of the MV feature is free and allows you to create a poster without a subscription. A subscription is only offered for additional paid features and content and is not required for this free experience. We’re sorry the app didn’t meet your expectations. The plan was to do the champagne birthday and the image/video was cool, popped the champagne and instead of blowing out the candles on the cake. Was blowing the champagne spray. 🤣 it was funny, however you can’t use it as an ai of self.
