Paid and doesn’t work!

I placed several images into this app and the AI just kept loading and loading and loading and nothing happened. I have a feeling that this thing does not actually work and it charged me for an entire month without even being able to test it beforehand. I’m giving this app a very low rating because it just never worked for me. I loaded several images and it literally sat for about a half an hour while it was loading and it didn’t do anything.
