Horrible support

When I first started it was a great feature once I started receiving a error to upgrade to premium service to use this service when I already paid for it it went down hill and it’s been weeks trying to get ahold of anyone.Horrible support email comes back undelivered, I cannot use the software which I paid for a year already cannot cancel because have not review way of communication. Let’s see if after this review someone reaches out.

Not worth it.

I opened it just to see what it could do and repeatedly got told I have to subscribe to use any portion of the app. I can’t click anywhere that doesnt tell me I have no conversations so I would have to buy them. Not even five seconds of opening the app for the first time. It needs to just have the price posted as it’s not free in the slightest.

I am not happy with this app. I’ve been trying to get help with this app and it doesn’t work. Hasn’t been working for about a week now and I’m paying for something that doesn’t work and I still haven’t received a response back. I do not recommend this app.

Does not WORK

I haves used this writing assistant for several years and been very satisfied. However, I purchased an I-Phone 16 Pro Max a few weeks ago. The application does not work with this phone. I have contacted Support 4 times for support or refund my payment. I have not heard from Support or had my payment refunded.

I can’t use this site anymore

I keep getting an internal error message when I try and I can’t get a hold of anyone at support!! I will cancel if this isn’t fixed soon.

Hasn’t worked in days

I pay weekly for this app and up until three days ago it was great. Now all I get is an internal error report anytime I try to use it. I contacted support and have yet to receive a response.
