Paid Subscription, Unusable App

After updating to iOS 26.5.2, the app has completely stopped working. It is unusable, and none of the features I paid for can be accessed.

I have an active subscription, but I’m paying for a service I can’t use. What is the solution for subscribers? Will you be fixing this immediately, or should I request a refund? Please address this issue as soon as possible and let your users know what the plan is.
