can not load any music
can not load any music or stickers, says there’s no internet connection when I’m using WiFi or data. Any can not report any problems.

App has a lot of problems I tried to report it to them and says I cannot. Been for a while also I paid vip for this app too. They have no way of contact and they don’t fix it either. Stickers, music, templates, help, video transition.. etc these functions don’t work at all.

Horrible quality
I spent hours to cut my videos only to find out that without premium I could only export 720p. Let me tell you, the quality at 720p is pretty horrible, with some scenes extremely pixelated. I would have appreciated it if the app told me upfront then I would totally not use it. Since I have already spent hours, I said heck let me just buy the premium for a month. And I did. Then I exported at the supposedly original quality - no, it was not original quality. Even though the quality was better than 720p, it was no way the original quality. Some scenes are still pretty pixelated. This is complete waste of my time!
