課金してもコイン貰えず、対応も悪い

課金してもコインが反映されず
問い合わせをしたら
「証拠の画像を見せてください」
と言われ、この時点で最悪の対応ですが
手間をかけて証拠の画像を集め送信すると
軽い謝罪と「コイン反映させました」との言葉だけでした。

多少の不具合は多めに見るとしても
対応の悪さはどうなのかね？
お金払って商品よこさないのは論外だし
対応の悪さも相まって最悪だと思いました。
