Sketchy Customer Support
There is a chat bot that supposedly is there to help but doesn’t even respond to messages. The cancel subscription button doesn’t work which I don’t think is an accident. The portal to manage subscription never sends an email which is also not an accidents and when I try emailing customer support to cancel my subscription no one replies. So I don’t know what to do or how to cancel to get my refund but I will probably be reporting to Apple and my bank

Just downloaded - it crashed mid session, but deducted credit. Not happy, but will give it benefit of the doubt
A Solid App
I’m dabbling into creative writing, and this app has actually been incredibly helpful in getting the gears turning when I hit a writer’s block. Some of the interface features are awkward, but solid option overall.

Great app, love to use it to help write things I can’t put into words properly or come up with some fun story ideas, wish that you didnt need to pay or do anything to gain more credits to keep chatting. But overall have had no problems and great app.
