I like the my schedule function though I wish I could see the schedule in a more organized way to get my schedule set and the map does not work at all as far as I can tell
Won't recognize login email
Conference is today and it won't accept my login email . Can't use the app at all and no troubleshooting link
Best conference app I’ve used.
I found this app refreshingly intuitive.
Thoughts on the conference
Audio and video could be better. PowerPoint slides formatted too small for large venues. Let presenters know. Captions also obscure images.

Accessible design
The app does not allow for zooming and the grey text on white is very hard to read. The text is also tiny. These are basic app design considerations.
No CEU amounts?!
I need to see how many CEUs everything is worth while building my schedule, but that critical piece of information is missing from “my schedule”! It’s infuriating!!!!
Difficult To Select A Session
The practically infinite scrolling of the App makes it impossible to compare the content of the various sessions so that one can make an informed decision on which session to attend.
It would be great to receive a printed copy of the programs so one can easily and physically flip from one page to another.
In the absence of the above, a PDF of the program would be helpful but nothing - nothing - can replace the experience and ease of use of a physical booklet.

Information was hard to find, keep, and track. Should release app sooner and open information sooner.
Falling short
Schedule part of the app was very disappointing. It was difficult to navigate. It was not clear on which items you submitted as part of your schedule which other lectures were not. I did choose multiple sessions for the same timeslot, but it did not let me prioritize and then confirm the actual lecture that I did go to. Also, one cannot pick the days so every time I open my schedule, it start off from the beginning.
All the background information required for some of the seminars, i.e. websites, backup of materials were not listed in the schedule. It was said that you could download PDFs of the presentations, but I only found one which had a PDF to upload. This was despite the lecture insisting that they had uploaded PDF AIA.
For connecting and make appointments with other attendees. You could reach out to them, but there was no confirmation that they ever even got your message. There are no prompts for them to reply to you.

Handouts missing
I tried to find presentation material on numerous seminars, including the one I presented, and cannot locate them. Heard the same complaint from numerous others.
session reservation needed
It would be best to allow pre-reservation for sessions to avoid the heartbreak of being excluded from an important one.
Schedule
Continues to not show CE courses that I have signed up for. Asked the APP help desk and they said it was coming. Feels like the Convention will be over before app shows classes
User Interface is Ruinous
I find it hard to believe that this app was updated just 1 week ago and that this is the 4th major iteration of this app (Version 4.43.1). I will happily volunteer to beta test next year's app and provide real world user feedback as a service to our fantastic community of architects and allies. It is a shame that searching for a course number returns incorrect results when rushing to find a session's room number...! That, and many other glitches along with zero in-app help, make me want some of my money back.
I'll stop complaining here, and reiterate my serious offer to beta test next year's app, and encourage the app's authors to reach out to recruit ACTUAL potential users ahead of time (starting next month!)

My full schedule is not showing up
cant get in
wont recognize my sign in email… even though i get emails from aia.
Useless App
I made a schedule spending an hour and at the time it was saved but later they were all gone. What a waste of time! The app also doesn’t show my purchased tours on my schedule.
AIA24 App is Broken
Any saved sessions are deleted once the app is reopened - PLEASE FIX BEFORE CONFERENCE!
App is good in concept; bad in reality
I was excited to use the app and to transfer the notes I had taken for the seminar options I had selected. But as many other reviewers have complained, if I bookmark sessions from the full schedule, they’ll show up in my schedule while I’m using the app, but they won’t show up again the next time I open the app making it a waste of time for end users.

Some events are not able to be bookmarked. Very buggy.
Please fix before the event. Hopefully a few days before so we can us the app to plan.
