Works great with techsilver gps
Not sure what else to say except it works great with Techsilver unit. Simple and reliable.

I loved this app until I got a new phone and now I can’t login and have had no response from support.
Don’t waste your money
Location accuracy absolute rubbish, freezes, doesn’t always update. Battery life terrible had to charge at least twice a day. Only seemed to work on the 1 minute mode, 10 minute & hour waste of time. Don’t buy it there must be better out there
Can’t track the smartwatch
This sucks, I tried to track my smartwatch from my phone but it the location of the smartwatch doesn’t moves. For example if I am at school with my smartwatch it says it is at home. Please fix this issue
Shockingly bad app
From what I can tell trying login or reset your login credentials for this app is impossible.
I purchased a Bestie Tracking Smart watch for my son and had it working a while ago but it’s no long possible for me to access the app, rending the watch useless.
Definitely avoid.

HOW TO LOG IN?
What a ridiculous thing! The app asks for some Number ID and password. How to get those? Where? How to register?
Not worth the money
Useful in the sense you can call it without anyone having to answer but lots of times the location is inaccurate, doesn’t update even though it’s tracking every minute. Battery barely manages 2 days. Very poor.

Very disappointed
Fully charged battery barely lasts 2 days. Bought this for close relation with dementia. Doesn’t do any of the things it promises. Often doesn’t update location or send warning messages until the following day. So no use at all. Would be much better to buy a watch or smart phone as not much more expensive but much more useful. App also keeps disappearing from my phone. Spoke to customer services according to them it’s all my fault but in actual fact it doesn’t do what it says it does at all. Will be cancelling.

Problems with Notifications
Again, since the last iOS13.6 update I do not receive any notifications. It is terribly inconvenient. My phone settings are correct, I have deleted and reinstalled the app, still no notifications. If your smart watch uses this app it could not work out as expected. Very disappointed because I cannot trust it.

It’s good- works better than others
Would love text options (not just voice), would love the pedometer function to show on watch not just in phone app. Would love to text from phone to watch, not just through app.

Je ne comprend pas trop les autres critiques. L’application est 80% mieux que SeTracker2. Les positions GPS fonctionnent bien. Les géobarrières aussi. Seule point négatif: nous ne recevons pas de notification mobile quand nous avons un nouveau message.

When I turn on my car I lose gps signal and voice fades in and out how can I fix this

Complete rubbish. Never showing correct location. Sometimes 3 miles off. When i want to do something it says device is offline. Do not waste your money on this crap. Go and buy a proper watch. I am unbelievably regretful. If i had chance i would give 0 stars but minimum is 1 star. Even that is too much for this app and watch...

Don’t get conned
Used for Bestie watch. Doesn’t work, states ‘arrears’ even though plenty of credit on the sims. Clearly an app issue. Customer service doesn’t actually exist. Big con. Don’t get it.
Can’t even log in
Well, I’d like to say something about this app but since I can’t even log in to use it I don’t have anything nice to say. I’ve put the id number in and the default password per instructions and it keeps telling me error login/password. Very frustrated right now.

GPS tracker not very accurate- disappointing
Am very disappointed. GPS tracker not very accurate. I bought a gps tracker key ring to keep an eye on a relation with dementia. Battery does not hold charge so have to keep reminding user to plug it in. Tracker often puts the user in the wrong place so don’t get geo fence in and out messages til following day. Often shows user miles away from actual location.

Poor Instructions
Please have a native English speaker translate the instructions. My unit shows to be offline even though it is charged, turned on and refreshed. It is not taking instructions from the app nor is the voice command function working.
